Watercolour Paper
The main requirement for a fine watercolour paper is that it is sized which controls the amount of water the paper absorbs. The highest quality papers are 100% cotton rag which is the purest form of cellulose. Chemical wood pulp is also used and now has almost the same high level of life expectancy as a cotton paper.
Our collection is high quality and not limited to the application of watercolour paints. These papers are equally used for pen & ink, various printmaking techniques, calligraphy (particularly Hot Press papers) and other arts where durability and quality is needed.
Our collection is sourced from the finest quality papermakers and offers a variety of surfaces and weights.
